POLYTRAK® SANDWICH SYSTEM
SBR RECLAIMED RUBBER BASE OF 10 TO 12MM , is sealed with a combination of micronized rubber and polyurethane, with a final topping of colored EPDM granules broadcast onto a flood coat of polyurethane compound.
Total System Thickness : 13mm - 17mm
- A - Structured cast coating (3 - 5mm) spread with EPDM granules (granulation 1 - 4mm)
- B - Pore Sealing
- C - Elastic layer (10mm - 12mm) recycling rubber granules (granulation 1 - 4mm)
- D - Bound Subbase (asphalt) or Cement Concrete
